Troubleshooting Steps for
E-Catalogue (WebGL) Loading Error

If you encounter issues opening the E-catalogue, follow these steps for a seamless experience. Keep in mind that these steps are subject to change as browsers are updated, and the exact menu options may vary based on the browser version.


1. Make sure your browser allows WebGL. To turn it on or to make sure it is enabled, follow these short steps:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter.
  3. Accept the risk warning if prompted.
  4. In the search bar, type webgl.disabled.
  5. Double-click on the webgl.disabled preference to set it to false.
  6. Confirm the change.
  7. Restart Firefox.

  2. In the address bar, type chrome://flags and press Enter.
  3. Search for "WebGL" using the search bar.
  4. Enable the "WebGL 2.0" and "Override software rendering list" flags.
  5. Relaunch Chrome.

  3. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  4. Check the box next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar."
  5. In the menu bar, go to Develop > Experimental Features > WebGL 2.0.

  2. Go to Help > About Firefox.
  3. Firefox will automatically check for updates and download them if available.
  4. Chrome:

  6. Go to "Help" > "About Google Chrome."
  7. Chrome will automatically check for updates and install them if available.

  2. Choose "Add-ons."
  3. In the Add-ons Manager tab, select "Extensions" or "Plugins."
  4. Find the extension or plugin you want to disable and click the toggle switch to turn it off.

  2. Click Options > Settings > General.
  3. In the "Performance" section, uncheck the option labeled "Use recommended performance settings."
  4. Below this option, you will find another checkbox labeled "Use hardware acceleration when available." Uncheck this option as well.
